Our standard afternoon tea event equipment package includes crockery, cutlery and glassware, but you can completely customise it to suit your needs, adding everything from high-quality linens, place settings and centrepieces to outdoor furniture and patio heaters — even giant outdoor games to delight and distract your guests while you’re busy serving! What Constitutes a Hire?

Our rates cover a one day / one event hire period only (inclusive of one day’s delivery and collection either side of the day of hire if appropriate — unless previously agreed in writing). Additional charges will be made if items are not returned on a specified date, at a rate equivalent to 90% of the daily hire charge — unless otherwise agreed beforehand. Longer periods of hire at discounted rates are available upon request. All prices are exclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.

Delivery across Central and South London, and the South East

We are happy to arrange delivery and collection of all your hire equipment anywhere in Central or South London, Essex, Kent or Surrey. Deliveries and collections take place Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm, although we can arrange transport outside of these times and at weekends for an additional cost. The cost of delivery and collection will be included in your quote and is based on postcode.
